Academic Research and Quality Audits

Dissertation submitted for degree, MS (OBG) titled “Placental morphology in hypertensive disorders of pregnancy and its correlation with foetal outcome.”
Conclusion: The hypertensive disorders adversely influence the morphology of placenta. The pathological changes observed in hypertensive disorders like retro placental hematoma, infarction, adversely influence the perinatal outcome. However, these changes are not specific to hypertensive disorders of pregnancy.
Published a Research article “Partographic analysis of labour by modified WHO partograph in primigravidae -A prospective observational study” in International Journal of Reproduction Contraception, Obstetrics and Gynaecology 2016; Jan5(1)
Presented a rare case of Cervical Atresia in All India Conference of OBSTETRICS and GYNAECOLOGY 2019
Ongoing study on usage of Mifepristone in Primigravidae for cervical induction
Have attended workshop in Gynaecological Endoscopy, Tages Klinik Hamburg, Germany.
